Payment:

We accept card, postal order, bankers draft, cheque, paypal.

Our preferred method of payment for the fastest processing of your order is by card over the phone. This can be phoned through on 0844 88 495 88 (Lines are open Mon-Sat 8am till 6pm). We instantly process your order using this method. Paypal is only accepted from confirmed addresses only and takes 48 hours for us to process.

Cheques to be payable to BURNLEY PLUMBING SUPPLIES LTD., and processing for cheque payments can take between 10 to 21 days.

You can also pay by card or bankers draft when you collect.

Shipping:

For collections please ensure that you have pre-arranged with us by telephone 0844 88 495 88. For courier delivery, we require:

your full name delivery address
best day and time for delivery
contact landline and preferably mobile phone numbers.

We cannot arrange delivery without this information.

If the courier misses a pre-arranged delivery then extra charges may be incurred due to customer not being present.

Please do not sign for the item until you are satisfied that it is in a perfect condition. Any discrepencies should be marked as damaged on the couriers note and phoned through to us and preferably the couriers office as soon as possible.

Returns Policy:

Should an item be required to be returned back to us, then you should be contact us as soon as possible and no later than seven days, should the error be from ourselves then a refund will be issued subject to reason and the final decision will be made by us. Should the error be that of the customer then we reserve the right to charge a restocking/admin fee of 20% and charge any carriage costs that were incurred in the delivery of the items. You are responsible for returning the goods to us, and they must be returned un-opened in the same condition as they were sent (except where it is our error).

To check how much restocking charge there would be, and how much delivery cost is incured for a particular order before ordering please phone us. Items returned after 7 days or without prior arrangement with us, will not be accepted back by us.

Due to health & safety reasons items such as steam showers, whirlpool baths, gas boilers cannot be returned if they have been unpacked.
