A requirement of the steam showers is that it has a balanced hot & cold water supply. It would be a good idea to have a pressure equalising valve fitted to supplies on most unbalanced hot water systems. For systems with low pressure a pump may be required. Note: allow extra clearance for assembly.
In the interests of health & safety we cannot accept returns on these items once they have been unpacked. We offer a 12 months parts guarantee for manufacturing defects (this does not include labour costs). The units must be checked for any defects before finalising installation. Installation must be carried out by a professional qualified installer for the guarantee to be valid.
